1. What kind of seafood do you offer?

We offer fresh, ice-packed seafood including tilapia, shrimp, salmon, squid, and more. Our menu updates regularly based on availability.

3. When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, or fraud detection.


4. What are your delivery days and order deadlines?

We deliver twice a week:

🐟 Thursday Delivery → Order by Wednesday 4 PM

🐟 Monday Delivery → Order by Sunday 4 PM


5. Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Cornwall and the SDG area (Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry). Delivery fees may apply and are shown at checkout.


6. How is the seafood kept fresh during delivery?

All products are kept refrigerated until delivery and packed in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure maximum freshness.


7. What if I’m not home during delivery?

It’s your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is home, our driver will try to contact you. If unreachable, the order may be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.


8. How do I pay?

Customers pay securely when checking out online or through Messenger. We accept:

🐟 Interac e-Transfer

For custom orders, we’ll send a secure Stripe payment link.


9. Is there a minimum order amount?

To qualify for free delivery, your order must be CAD $50 or more.

Orders below that will include a CAD $4.99 delivery fee.


10. Can I order in advance?

Yes! You can place your order anytime before the deadline. We’ll confirm and deliver on the next available delivery day.


11. Can I return or get a refund?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you believe your order arrived in spoiled condition, contact us within 2 hours of delivery at (613) 416-6151 or [email protected]. We may request photos and will review each case individually.


12. What laws govern your service?

Our service is governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.


13. Can your terms change?

Yes. We may update our Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version is always available on our website.
